Starts FromPrices may vary based on the room and length of lease
With its brand-new interiors and variety of gathering spaces, our NoPa community is your perfect next home.
Community focused spaces
Between the fully-equipped kitchen at the front of the house, to the media room, and the beautifully landscaped backyard (BBQ anyone?), you’ll always have somewhere amazing to hang out with your new community.
Your private suite
When you move in to your room, you’ll find that all your essentials are waiting for you — a queen or full-sized bed and mattress, closet, nightstand, lamp, and beautiful area rug. Shared bathrooms are plentiful throughout the house — the ratio is usually one shared bathroom for every two bedrooms — so there’s no waiting in line for the shower here.

NoPa (North of the Panhandle), is one of the few neighborhoods to have survived San Francisco’s 1906 earthquake, making it (and its gorgeous Victorian houses) some of the oldest in the city.
The Best of Both Worlds
Nestled in between Golden Gate Park and Divisadero Street, NoPa offers the perfect mix of outdoor activities and some of the best dining opportunities San Francisco has to offer.
Jazz by the Bay
NoPa was one of the centers of the city’s jazz scene, along with Fillmore Street and North Beach. The Independent, on Divisadero street, still pays homage to its days as a jazz club.
