In this 90-minute session of Breath Work, you will experience breathing techniques that have been developed and practiced by master instructor, Shiran, over the past 17 years. Class Structure

- 15 min introduction and preparation (setting, safety, intentions)

- 5 min breathing warm up exercises

- 30 min guided breath work

- 10 min relaxation and self integration

- 10 min intuitive creative assignment

Preparation

Please create a quiet setting for yourself and have either a mat, bed, or sofa where you can lie down or lean backwards comfortably. Ensure you have a good wifi connection and won’t be disturbed during the session.

It’s best not to eat about 1 hour prior to the session. If you wish you may stay anonymous during this class without your camera or mic turned on.
